Associate Analyst Content QA

As an Associate Analyst - Content QA at JCPenney, you will be responsible for monitoring the JC Penney website's front-end content across all channels (Dotcom, Mobile & App) with a focus on enhancing user experience. Your key responsibilities will include validating site navigation, department pages, content accuracy, ratings and reviews, product pages, and coupons to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. You will work closely with senior team members to proactively validate web pages and PDP enhancements, ensuring the accuracy of the website. You will also be involved in auditing and quality checking the website under the supervision of senior associates, as well as monitoring the Content Operations mailbox to address queries from Business Units, Buyers, and Digital Merchants. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Bangalore will be essential for executing live pages on the site without any issues, thereby ensuring a seamless customer experience. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce operations or support. Basic knowledge of MS-Excel, good communication skills, and a strong attention to detail are required. Additionally, you should be willing to work night shifts as and when business requires.
