Position Overview:

Join our dynamic Energy Incentives (179D) division as a 179D Research Associate and drive value for our clients through comprehensive tax deduction studies. In this role, you'll collaborate with our US Project Team to manage and deliver platinum study process (PSP) solutions for clients in the construction industry.

What will be your responsibilities:

Research & Documentation

ؠMaster the 179D Tax Deduction requirements and Platinum Study Process through structured training and continuous learning

ؠAnalyze documentation including but not limited to: Construction drawings, Purchase orders and invoices, Payment applications, Permitting documents

ؠIdentify and evaluate client specific role in the installation of Energy Efficient Commercial Building Property (EECBP)

Project Management

ؠSupport project completion while meeting internal expectations and deadlines

ؠCoordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables

ؠDraft professional client communications to support project team

ؠSubmit error-free work to Quality Control Team and Project Managers

ؠMaintain strict confidentiality of all business matters

ؠCoordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

What are we looking for:

ؠ1-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment

ؠDemonstrated experience with primary and secondary research methodologies

ؠStrong project management capabilities with proven ability to meet deadlines

ؠExcellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

ؠSuperior business judgment and communication abilities

ؠProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications

ؠAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
