Role Overview: You are being hired as an Associate- AI Solution Delivery at apna, a company that has connected over 60 million jobseekers with more than 250,000 enterprises and small businesses in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing AI agents that drive real-world business interactions using Generative AI technology. Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and enhance Conversational AI agents using large language models (LLMs) - Collaborate with the team to deploy AI agents in real client environments - Collect and analyze client feedback and agent performance data to iterate and improve agent responses - Experiment with prompting techniques, persona design, fallback strategies, and edge case handling - Understand client processes deeply to automate workflows using AI agents - Work in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is a feature, not a bug Qualifications Required: - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively - Hunger to learn, hustle, and take initiative - a true self-starter - Ability to thrive in the chaos of an early-stage setup and take ownership of outcomes - Interest (or experience) in LLMs, ChatGPT, or conversational AI - Good written and verbal communication skills,
