Number of Positions: 5Eligibility Criteria: ACCA Students/ Affiliates with 0-2 years of experience in Accounting

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our Accounting team. You will manage a portfolio of full retainer clients, working closely with Trainees to prepare financial reports. This role offers broad exposure to bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance activities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (FRS102 and FRS 105)
  • Draft management accounts and supporting schedules
  • Assist with consolidation of group accounts and intercompany reconciliations
  • Perform detailed reviews of trial balances, ledgers, and supporting documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure all financial reports comply with regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting needs and provide timely deliverables
  • Guide management trainees on assignments, fostering technical development and quality outcomes

What You Bring

  • ACCA Student/ Affiliate
  • Working knowledge of UK and US GAAP, Payroll Tax, Sales & Use Tax, and VAT
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QBO, Xero, Sage, etc.)
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
