Assist students in developing academic plans aligned with career aspirations and personal interests.
Provide information on academic policies, procedures, and resources.
Stay informed about curriculum, program requirements, and course offerings.
Identify at-risk students and develop intervention strategies.
Collaborate with the student success team on retention initiatives.
Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and faculty.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
Monitor student progress and follow up on action items.
