Assoc Director Data Science

As a Data Science Associate Director at Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Global Network Data & AI team in the Resources practice, you will play a crucial role in helping clients grow their business by leveraging analytics to achieve high performance through data-driven insights. You will be part of a global network of talented colleagues experienced in AI/ML/Statistical tools and applications, providing analytically-informed insights to drive better decision-making and improve outcomes for clients. - Solution architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models for various client problems. - Interface with clients and account teams to understand business problems and translate them into actionable analytics insights. - Collaborate with internal teams at Accenture to drive sales, identify new use cases, and develop key capability areas. - Manage and mentor a team of data analysts working on large-scale datasets, cloud platforms, IoT, and similar projects. - Provide thought leadership to innovate in areas such as tools & technology, new solutions in supply chain planning, and assets & accelerators development. - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience as a Data Science professional focusing on cloud services. - Proficiency in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning algorithms, and Experimental design. - Expertise in experimental test design to inform business strategy based on statistical findings. - Preferred experience in Utilities, Energy, Chemical, and Natural Resources sectors. - Familiarity with programming languages like Python, PySpark, SQL, or Scala. - Implement MLOps practices for efficient machine learning lifecycle management. - Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Relevant certifications in Azure Data Services or cloud data engineering are highly desirable.,
