Your expertise will be instrumental in bringing ideas to life and making our campaigns stand out. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Conceptualise and Visualise:** Develop innovative visual concepts and designs for advertising campaigns, pitches, and presentations. - **Design and Art Direction:** Create high-quality visual materials such as mood boards, brochures, and marketing materials. - **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and designers for cohesive visual communication. - **Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:** Continuously improve visualisation skills by keeping current with industry trends and software. - **Present and Sell Ideas:** Effectively communicate and present visual concepts to colleagues and creative directors. - **Adapt to Feedback:** Incorporate feedback to refine visual concepts and designs. **Requirements:** - **Education:** Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. - **Experience:** 2-4 years of design experience in ad agencies or related companies. - **Software Proficiency:** Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CoralDraw. - **Portfolio:** Showcase your visualisation skills, creativity, and attention to detail. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. **Nice to Have:** - **Motion Graphics:** Knowledge of motion graphics software (After Effects, Blender) is a plus.
