We are seeking applications for the position of Assistant Vice President - Salesforce Tech Lead within Genpact Corporate IT - TSMO. The role involves responsibility for enhancement tasks in the Genpact Salesforce Application. As an Assistant Vice President - Salesforce Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include performing code reviews, code optimization, creating Technical Design documents, adhering to best practices in architecting and programming solutions, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements to CRM systems, and managing a team of individual contributors. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate in Technology (any stream) - Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages preferred - Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML5, Javascript, and jQuery - Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant years of experience in Salesforce.com development - Experience in building custom lightning components - Ability to design and implement APIs and web-based interfaces using Apex code, Web Services, etc. - Knowledge of LWC If you are passionate about technology, have a strong background in Salesforce, and possess the skills outlined above, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Genpact.
