Assistant Training manager

As the Assistant Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. Your role will involve identifying training needs, creating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Working across various industries, you will collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training aligns with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements through methods such as performance reviews, employee feedback, and organizational objectives. You will design and develop training materials like presentations, manuals, and online courses. Implementation of training programs will be done through workshops, seminars, and online learning platforms, followed by evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments. Additionally, you will be managing the training budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and building relationships with stakeholders including managers, employees, and external vendors. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in training and development, demonstrating a strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information. Project management skills are required to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Analytical skills will enable you to analyze data and identify areas for improvement, while your leadership skills will help motivate and inspire employees to engage in training programs.
