Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Sales Manager at the Bengaluru co-working office in Indiranagar, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, driving new business growth, and meeting sales and revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new prospective clients in the Bengaluru market. - Generate and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline. - Develop creative pitch strategies to win new deals. - Meet or exceed individual revenue targets each quarter. - Maintain healthy receivables and address escalations as needed. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Understand and manage the scope of work effectively. - Deliver presentations, proposals, and progress reports. - Ensure execution aligns with internal processes. - Maintain CRM records and update status reports. - Prepare performance dashboards and reports for senior leadership. - Document all client discussions, proposals, and agreements. - Collaborate with Delivery, Strategy, and Operations teams. - Adapt to changing client priorities and tight deadlines. - Contribute actively to team strategy and problem-solving. Qualification Required: - 1+ years of experience in Advertising sales, preferably within media, PR, or related industries. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. - Strong local networks in Bengaluru across media, corporate, or agency sectors.
