Relationship Manager- Government AnnuityFunctionGovernment AnnuityDepartmentRetirement BenefitsBand5/5AJOB SUMMARY:Responsible for achieving the targets for Retirement business through annuity along with protection/term plan in the assigned region. Responsible for executing the business plan by:. Reaching out to prospective clients and presenting our products to the targeted audience. Closing sale and following up on issuance. Creating awareness about our products in State and Central Govt departments. Update the sales process and maintaining the feedback of pre-exit database and increase the penetration of counter share. Keen knowledge of protection business and maintaining active sales pipeline for the same.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for implementing the sales plan of the assigned region. Responsible for achieving sales targets from assigned region. Assist in launching & driving Government Annuity Business. Assist in evaluating their needs to help select the best solution. Prepare periodic sales reportsMaintain database on Govt. and competitor information. Update the client's/ call reports accurately and efficiently and any competitor's information as suggested by Goverment Annuity teamContinuously evaluate potential of Annuity Business in the region. Develop specific analysis parameters. Conduct analysis on the potential govt. departments and prepare reports for the Business Head. Collect competitor information on the Government Annuity BusinessAdhere to all Organization's policies and proceduresMeasures of Success:. Actual sales achieved vs the plan. Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports. Actual activity vs targeted activity. Accuracy of competitor information up to date data. NPS/UPS sessions done vs Market share data for the counterKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Internal:. Business Heads. MLI HR & Sales Training Team. MLI Operations TeamExternal:. Top Clients. All StakeholdersDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:. Graduate/Master of Business Administration preferably in Sales, Marketing or Finance. Min 1 year of relevant experience or 2 years experience in Life Insurance
