As an Assistant Sales Manager in the FMCG sector, you will play a crucial role in leading corporate sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include visiting 56 corporate clients daily, pitching products, generating orders, and nurturing strong relationships to drive business growth. You will be expected to identify and onboard new B2B clients, manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client servicing. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends will also be essential to identify growth opportunities for the company. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage daily field visits effectively. A good understanding of FMCG products and corporate buying behavior will be advantageous.
