Job Summary

CADISON

• Prepared to meet sales targets assigned for the region.
• Essential knowledge of P&ID, 3D Piping, and the Process Industry.
• Nurture prospects until they mature into qualified leads and accounts.
• Candidate may be accountable for multiple territories, devising and implementing sales strategies to achieve personal business/order targets.
• Identify potential CADISON customers within the target region, including global areas, through methods such as cold calling, arranging online demo meetings, generating leads, and finalizing deals.
• Collaborate with the internal team on technical tasks to effectively present and demonstrate the software solution.
• Willingness to acquire technical insights into CADISON Software.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility with office hours as per regional requirements.
• Possesses strong presentation, management, and leadership abilities.
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of Process Engineering Design Software / Solutions.
• Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and ready to handle sales targets.
• Prior sales experience in Process Plant Design / Piping Engineering Software Industry is preferred.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail.
• Ability to execute email campaigns
• Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.)
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power point
