Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our team, specializing in the sale of residential properties within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, particularly in selling residential flats and villas. This role involves driving sales initiatives, building client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our residential offerings. Job Description Lead Calling & Conversion: Call to leads received through campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins. Understand buyer intent, explain project details, and schedule site visits. Site Visits & Property Showcases: Conduct site visits with potential buyers. Present model flats/villas, highlight project USPs like location, amenities, and legal approvals to drive interest. Client Engagement: Understand client requirements (budget, location preference, unit type) and recommend suitable flats or villas. Build trust through clear communication and regular follow-ups. Sales Closures: Support clients through the booking process. Explain payment terms, legal documentation, loan assistance options, and coordinate with internal teams for agreement execution. Lead Management & CRM Usage: Maintain detailed records of all calls, follow-ups, visits, and client feedback using CRM software. Update lead status and generate timely reports. Market Awareness: Keep track of local real estate trends, pricing fluctuations, new launches, and competitor offerings to position our projects strategically. Skills and Qualifications: Any Graduate degree 3 plus years of sales experience in the real estate and construction industry, specifically with residential properties. Knowledge of the construction industry and residential real estate market. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in seeking new opportunities. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
