Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and social media
  • Source candidates from colleges, training institutes, paramedical academies, and references
  • Build a strong database of paramedical candidates across multiple specializations
  • Conduct field visits to institutes for campus placements (if required)

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes and conduct telephonic screening
  • Validate candidate qualifications, certifications, and council registrations
  • Shortlist based on experience, skills, and job roles
  • Schedule interviews with department heads / hiring managers

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Manage interview calendars and candidate follow-ups
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout hiring stages
  • Provide timely updates for selected/rejected candidates
  • Coordinate assessments and technical evaluations

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Collect and verify mandatory documents (ID proof, certificates, licenses, experience letters)
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulation standards
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports
  • Assist in background verification

5. Onboarding & Integration

  • Prepare offer letters and joining formalities
  • Coordinate induction programs for new hires
  • Handover employee files to HR operations for payroll activation

Required Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree like B.Sc., B.Com., BBA., or Any Others
  • Diploma or experience in Paramedical recruitment is a plus
  • 1–3 years experience in hiring paramedical or healthcare staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR management tools
