Assistant Quality Manager

Job Description

R ole & responsibilities • Implement, maintain, and improve quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems to identify gaps and ensure adherence to quality standards. Collect, analyze, and report on data related to quality performance, product defects, and process improvements. Utilize findings to drive corrective actions and optimize processes. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with internal and regulatory standards. Oversee and manage CAPA processes, ensuring issues are identified, analyzed, and corrected in a timely and effective manner. Be willing and flexible to work in the field as required, collaborating with teams to resolve quality related issues on-site. What makes you a great addition to the team: • Clearly communicate quality issues, findings, and improvements to both internal teams and external stakeholders. • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions. • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to achieve quality goals. • Exhibit a keen eye for detail in inspecting processes, products, and reports to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing environments and take initiative in driving quality improvements across operations. • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a Quality-related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality engineering role, with a strong background in quality management systems and process optimization.
