Job Description

Handle procurement of raw materials, electrical components, mechanical items, and consumables for transformer manufacturing.
Identify reliable vendor sources; obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Release purchase orders and follow up for on-time delivery.
Ensure procurement is in line with production planning and inventory requirements.
Coordinate with the store, production, and quality departments.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier databases.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and alternate sourcing strategies.
