Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing HVAC materials and equipment.
  • Evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms to secure the best prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and assist in reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess purchasing needs.
  • Support supplier relationship management and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

    2 to 6 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in HVAC.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Negotiation skills
