Job Description

You should hold a Post Graduate/Graduate qualification and have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the purchasing department of a hospital. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders with accuracy and completeness, tracking orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery, and resolving any discrepancies that arise. It will be essential to maintain precise records of purchases, including dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts. You will be required to communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices. Additionally, research and evaluate potential vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness will be part of your duties. Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers is crucial to the success of this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
