Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movement, storage, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors to purchase raw materials at competitive rates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to order fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability
  • Provide support in maintaining Zoho Books database accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 year of experience in a similar role (purchase executive or assistant).
  • Any Graduate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills essential.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho CRM software an added advantage.
