Role Overview: As a Finance/Accounts Associate, your main responsibility will be to handle basic day-to-day accounting entries, reconcile bank statements, assist the team in financial reporting and analysis, maintain financial records, and perform basic banking work. Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic day-to-day accounting entries - Reconcile bank statements - Assist the team in financial reporting and analysis - Maintain financial records - Handle basic banking work Qualifications Required: - Preferably a B.com or Finance/Accounts graduate - Basic knowledge of accounting - Familiarity with accounting software - Proficient in MS Office skills Please note that freshers are encouraged to apply for this role.
