Role Overview: As an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's Chennai Campus, your role will involve teaching and conducting research in various areas related to Electronics and Communication Engineering. You will be expected to have expertise in a wide range of subjects such as Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Signal Processing, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Internet of Things, Nano Materials, Sensors, Quantum Computing, Data Structures and Algorithms, Computer Vision, AI, ML, DL, Image Processing, Cyber-Physical Systems, Wireless Sensor Networks, Next Generation Wireless Technologies, and Intelligent Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Teaching and conducting research in areas such as Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Signal Processing, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Internet of Things, Nano Materials, Sensors, Quantum Computing, Data Structures and Algorithms, Computer Vision, AI, ML, DL, Image Processing, Cyber-Physical Systems, Wireless Sensor Networks, Next Generation Wireless Technologies, and Intelligent Systems. - Developing robotic systems and programming architectures using tools like ROS, MATLAB, Keil, Cadence tool, Xilinx Vivado, Microwave Studio, Python, and Embedded C. - Demonstrating experience in research, publication in top-tier journals, sponsored research, patent publication, and industry consultancy. Qualifications Required: - Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from a reputed college/institute with significant research, academic, and administrative experience. - Minimum of 15 years of experience is preferred. - Retired faculty from IIT/NIT/reputed state Universities may apply for Adjunct Faculty/Visiting Faculty positions.
