Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• M Pharm (in relevant discipline)
• Eligibility as per Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) norms
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in academic administration, preferably in a pharmacy college
• A passion for fostering an environment of academic excellence and research
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and students

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the institute, guiding academic and research programs
• Oversee and manage faculty, staff, and students, ensuring a productive and positive educational environment
• Ensure compliance with all PCI regulations and accreditation standards
• Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum and educational programs
• Promote research, innovation, and community outreach initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison with government bodies, the community, and academic partners
