Job Title: Assistant Professor – Pharmacy Department

Location: Gaurichak, Patna, Bihar

Qualification Required:

• M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) from a recognized university/institution (any specialization such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc.).
• Candidates with GPAT qualification, publications, or research experience will be given preference.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or research experience in a recognized pharmacy college or pharmaceutical industry.

Salary Range:

• ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on qualification, specialization, and experience).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in respective pharmacy subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and laboratory manuals as per the curriculum.
• Supervise and guide students in laboratory work, projects, and research activities.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of laboratory equipment and materials.
• Assist in developing curriculum and academic planning for the department.
• Participate in academic audits, NAAC/PCI compliance, and institutional development programs.
• Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
• Support departmental and institutional events, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and high teaching standards.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth subject knowledge and practical expertise in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Familiarity with PCI norms and academic regulations.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
