About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced educator to join our Paramedical Sciences department as an Assistant Professor in Hospital Management.

What You’ll Do:
Ÿ Design and deliver effective lessons using engaging methods tailored for diverse learners.Ÿ Create and refine course materials, assessments, and syllabi aligned with academic goals.
Ÿ Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.Ÿ Guide students in their academic growth, internships, and career planning.Ÿ Lead and participate in research projects; publish and present your findings.Ÿ Stay updated and compliant with healthcare laws, policies, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
Ÿ Apply your clinical understanding of paramedical skills to enrich classroom discussions.Ÿ Collaborate with colleagues to support departmental growth and curriculum development.
What We’re Looking For:
Ÿ Master’s in Hospital Administration / Health Management or equivalent (Ph.D. preferred).
Ÿ Minimum 5 years of teaching or healthcare industry experience.
Ÿ Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.Ÿ A commitment to academic excellence and lifelong learning.
Experience:
At least 5 Years (Teaching/Industry) experience is required.
