Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor of Finance & Accounts, located in Bhubaneswar. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching finance and accounting courses, conducting cutting-edge research in the field, and guiding students in their academic and professional pursuits. The role involves preparing course materials, delivering lectures, evaluating student progress, and contributing to curriculum development. The Associate Professor will also collaborate with colleagues on research projects, publish scholarly articles, and participate in academic conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

• Finance and Corporate Finance skills
• Research skills, including the ability to conduct and publish scholarly research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in higher education teaching and curriculum development
• Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an academic environment
• Experience in academic advising and student mentorship is a plus
