Job Summary:

Assistant Professor in Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in core and advanced mathematics subjects to B.Tech students.
Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with engineering programs.
Conduct classroom and laboratory teaching using innovative and interactive methodologies.
Guide and mentor students in academic and career pursuits.
Engage in academic research and publish in reputed journals.
Participate in departmental and university-wide academic activities, including seminars, workshops, and curriculum development.
Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and industry collaboration initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Mathematics
from a reputed institution (IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS Pilani mandatory).
Minimum
5 years of teaching experience
in Mathematics at the
undergraduate (B.Tech)
level.
Strong academic and research credentials, with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be
settled in Hyderabad
or willing to relocate permanently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in teaching courses like Linear Algebra, Calculus, Differential Equations, Discrete Mathematics, Probability & Statistics.
Familiarity with curriculum design and outcome-based education (OBE).
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for blended/online teaching.
Ability to contribute to research, grants, or interdisciplinary projects.
