4. Curriculum Developer – Designs, updates, and improves courses in line with industry and academic needs.

5. Institutional Contributor – Participates in departmental, administrative, and institutional development activities.

6. Community & Industry Liaison – Builds collaborations with industry, research bodies, and academic networks.

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative learning resources.

• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

• Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.

Research & Publications

• Engage in research activities and publish papers in reputed journals.

• Apply for research grants and participate in funded projects.
