About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Teach courses in English Language, Literature, Communication, and Soft Skills.

• Design and update curriculum in line with current academic and industry requirements.
• Engage in research and publish in reputed journals.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and activities to enhance student learning.
• Participate actively in departmental and university-level academic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. in English Literature, English Language, Applied Linguistics, or related disciplines.
• Strong academic background with proven teaching and research experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methodologies.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Soft Skills, Communication Training, or Business English.
