Assistant Professor – Entrepreneurship

Key Responsibilities:

· Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Entrepreneurship, Start-up Management, Innovation, and related subjects.

· Design and deliver curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world practice.

· Mentor and guide students in developing business plans, incubation ideas, and entrepreneurial ventures.

· Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals.

· Collaborate with entrepreneurship cells, incubation centers, and external startup ecosystems.

· Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.

· Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.

· Participate in departmental activities and university-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

· MBA / Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized university. (NET/SET preferred)

· Minimum 2–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience.

· Strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

· Experience working with startups, incubators, or innovation hubs.

· Proven record of student mentoring and startup project guidance.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to integrate technology and modern pedagogy in teaching.
