Assistant Professor – English

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures on English language, communication, and literature.
• Teach Business Communication to management and professional program students.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and research.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and literary events.
• Mentor students for overall personality and soft skills development.
• Conduct internal assessments and maintain academic records.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to research and publication in reputed journals.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in English / English Literature / Communication Skills from a recognized university.
• NET / Ph.D. in English (as per UGC norms) is highly desirable.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with innovative pedagogical tools and digital teaching methods.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
