Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement innovative instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes. - Establish professional logistics to enhance student performance and engagement. - Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to students undertaking research projects. - Evaluate, monitor, and mentor student academic progress to ensure their success. - Design, innovate, and execute career-enhancement programs and activities for student development. - Supervise and support teaching assistants to maintain high academic standards. - Actively participate in departmental and college activities to contribute to the academic community. - Support and engage in functional activities of departmental committees for effective decision-making. - Assess, review, and evaluate student activities and progress to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Doctorate degree in the relevant field (Preferred). - 0 to 8 years of full-time teaching experience as an Assistant Professor. - Candidates who have submitted their thesis are also encouraged to apply.
