Assistant Professor (CSE / IT)

Responsibilities:

- Teach a range of CSE/IT courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels

- Develop and lead new courses in area of expertise

- Conduct original research and publish in reputable CSE/IT journals

- Supervise and mentor graduate students (MS and PhD)

- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and events

- Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment

- Engage in service activities for the department, university, and professional community

Requirements:

- PhD / ME / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong research background and potential for publication

- Excellent teaching and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively with diverse students and colleagues

- Commitment to departmental service and outreach

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postdoctoral experience or equivalent

- Research expertise in [specific area of CSE/IT, e.g., AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.]

- Experience with curriculum development and program assessment

- Strong record of publication and presentation
