The successful candidate will contribute to the academic and research endeavors of the department, fostering a dynamic learning environment for students while engaging in cutting-edge research activities. Responsibilities: Teaching: Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, labs, and tutorials in Computer Science Engineering courses at the undergraduate and post graduate levels. Implement innovative teaching methods and leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Computer Science Engineering curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards. Design new courses or update existing ones to reflect advancements in the field. Research: Conduct and publish impactful research in reputable journals and conferences within the field of Computer Science Engineering. Collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects, seeking external funding when applicable. Student Mentorship: Advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career-related matters. Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in Computer Science Engineering through continuous learning, attending conferences, and engaging in professional development activities. Contribute to the scholarly community through participation in academic conferences and other professional forums. Community Engagement: Actively participate in departmental and university committees. Establish connections with industry partners and engage in collaborative projects. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student learning outcomes. Provide constructive feedback to students and contribute to programmatic accreditation efforts. Qualifications: M.Tech/Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related field. Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of Computer Science Engineering. Strong record of or potential for scholarly research and publications. Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or post graduate level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
