Key Responsibilities

Teaching

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science and related areas.
Develop syllabi, lesson plans, laboratory manuals, and instructional materials.
Use modern, student-centered teaching methodologies.
Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and continuous evaluation.
Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.

Research

Conduct high-quality research leading to publications in reputed journals and conferences.
Apply for and manage research grants and projects (optional based on institution).
Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners in research and development activities.

Academic Administration

Participate in curriculum development and program revision.
Serve on departmental or institutional committees.
Support accreditation, quality assurance, and academic audit activities.

Student Mentorship

Advise students on academic, career, and research-related matters.
Provide guidance to student clubs, coding groups, and technical events.

Professional Development

Engage in continuous learning, attend workshops, and maintain expertise in specialized areas.
Participate in conferences, seminars, and scholarly activities.
