Assistant Professor – Community Health Nursing

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Assistant Professor in Community Health Nursing to join our Nursing faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, clinical experience, and a commitment to high-quality teaching, research, and student mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing courses with a focus on Community Health Nursing.
• Guide and mentor students in both theoretical and practical aspects.
• Engage in academic research, publications, and professional development activities.
• Participate in curriculum development and institutional committees.
• Collaborate with healthcare and community organizations for outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Nursing with a specialization in Community Health Nursing (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).
• Registration with State Nursing Council.
• Relevant teaching and/or clinical experience.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to student learning and professional ethics.
• Ability to integrate technology in teaching.
