Assistant Professors – English, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics & Accounts

SYADWAD INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION And Research

We are inviting applications for the post of Assistant Professor in the following five subjects:

• English
• Economics
• Commerce
• Mathematics (M.Sc. in Mathematics required)
• Accounts (M.Com or equivalent in Commerce required)

A total of 5 separate faculty members will be appointed — one for each subject. The ideal candidates must be committed to teaching excellence, student development, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate (B.A. / B.Com) students as per the prescribed curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
• Conduct internal evaluations and provide student feedback
• Participate in departmental activities and college functions
• Maintain student records and academic documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university
• Mathematics: M.Sc. in Mathematics
• Accounts: M.Com or equivalent in Commerce
• UGC NET qualification is mandatory for all subjects
• Excellent communication skills and subject knowledge
• Teaching experience preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
