Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor Marketing & Analytics

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Ph.D. in Management/Marketing/Analytics or a Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in Marketing/Analytics from a reputable B-School as per AICTE norms. The candidate should have a strong academic background and the ability to teach all subjects related to the Marketing field. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics, integrating industry trends into the teaching pedagogy. For the Assistant Professor role, a minimum of 2-3 years of teaching/industry experience in Marketing & Analytics is required. For the Associate Professor position, a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 2 years at the Assistant Professor level, is necessary. Desirable qualifications include certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) or Analytics (e.g., Data Science, Power BI, Tableau), as well as experience in guiding student research and consultancy projects. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and in-person work location. The salary for this role will be as per institution norms, along with benefits such as Provident Fund.
