Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Kerala Academy of Pharmacy, located in Trivandrum. The responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, mentoring students, engaging in curriculum development, conducting research, and publishing scholarly articles. The Assistant Professor will also participate in academic activities such as departmental meetings, workshops, and conferences, while ensuring a supportive learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences and experience in teaching and research within the same domain.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including effective interaction with diverse groups of students and faculty.
• Ability to design curriculum, assess academic programs, and develop innovative teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in conducting research, publishing work in peer-reviewed journals, and staying updated with industry advancements.
• Advanced degree in Pharmacy or a related field, such as a Master's or Ph.D., is required.
• Prior teaching or professional experience in a pharmacy or academic setting is preferred.
