The Right Hand of a Founder

I am looking to hire a Personal Manager to join my team.

This isn't a traditional 9-to-5 desk job. It's a role for someone who thrives on organization and is passionate about the beauty industry. You'll be working closely with me to manage my professional life, allowing me to focus on the creative work I love.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and scheduling shoots, meetings, and calls.

Coordinating with my team and clients.

Planning my calendar and setting up interviews.

Sending out invoices and handling follow-ups.

Attending events and accompanying me for work.

This is a full-time, Mumbai-based position. While you can work remotely, being in Mumbai is essential for on-ground coordination. I’m looking for a female professional who isn't afraid of long hours when a big project demands it and who genuinely loves the world of makeup and beauty.
