Role Description

We are looking for an Assistant Mortgage Broker to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Sri Ganganagar.

This role involves assisting mortgage brokers in Australia with loan applications, client communication, document collection, compliance checks, and coordination with lenders. The Assistant Mortgage Broker will support clients throughout the home loan process while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

Candidates with prior banking experience, particularly in loans or credit processing departments, will be a strong fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage brokers with end-to-end loan application processing.
• Collect, verify, and organize client documents for loan submissions.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of client eligibility and borrowing capacity.
• Liaise with Australian lenders and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing queries and supporting the mortgage process.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Basic knowledge of mortgages, loans, or financial products is an advantage.
• Prior experience in banking, loans, credit processing, or financial services preferred.
• Commerce/finance graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with strong academic knowledge and confidence may also be considered.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
