Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Medical Superintendent to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Medical Superintendent in managing daily operations of the hospital.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care and services.
Manage and supervise medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medical management and leadership principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
