About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Media Buyer with proven expertise in Out-of-Home

(OOH) and In-App Advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with media owners, publishers, and ad networks across India, and a track record of executing impactful, cost-effective media campaigns for brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, negotiate, and purchase media inventory across OOH (billboards, transit, digital screens) and mobile/in-app advertising platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media owners, outdoor vendors, and mobile ad networks.
  • Evaluate and analyze audience data, reach, impressions, and ROl to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives.
  • Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client goals, brand objectives, and budgets.
  • Track, optimize, and report on media campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Stay up to date with new media channels, advertising technologies, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver 360 brand campaigns.
  • Ensure timely billing, vendor coordination, and media delivery compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media buying/selling, preferably in OOH or digital/in-app media.
  • Strong network with media owners, publishers, and vendors in major Indian cities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
