**Job Profile: Manufacturing Chemist** B Pharma **Company:** Biograde organics Private Limited **Location:** Ludhiana, Punjab **Position:** Manufacturing Chemist **Job Type:** Full-Time ### Key Responsibilities: - **Production Oversight:** Manage and oversee the manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced on schedule and meet quality standards. - **Quality Control:** Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). - **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of manufacturing processes, quality control tests, and any deviations from standard procedures. - **Process Optimization:** Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality. - **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with regulatory requirements, including those set by the CDSCO. - **Team Coordination:** Work closely with other departments, including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production activities. - **Training:** Assist in training new staff and ensuring all team members are updated on the latest manufacturing protocols and safety guidelines. - **Equipment Maintenance:** Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. - **Safety:** Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
