Assistant Manager/Manager-Maintenance & Project

As the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, your role will involve overseeing the Engineering & Maintenance activities of the plant. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning & Scheduling of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & utilities. - Preparation of calibration plan and statutory testing plan as per requirements. - Monitoring and ensuring 100% Compliance to Statutory testing & EHS requirements in the Engineering & Maintenance area. - Conducting Breakdown Maintenance, Root cause analysis, and CAPA Implementation. - Managing Spare Parts, including Ordering, Spares Inventory Control, and reviewing critical Spares availability. - Coordinating with vendors and AMC Service providers for timely execution of work. - Providing leadership to Maintenance personnel, Engineers & technicians. - Preparation of Monthly reports, KPIS, utility reports, etc. - Conducting in-house technical training for Engineers, technicians & Contract Manpower. - Having knowledge of Plant & Utility Equipments. - Preparation of Capex proposal, defining project scope with Concerned Stakeholders. - Preparation of P&ID, PFD, Layout & Drawings, Technical Specification & data sheets for RFQ, URS, etc. - Preparation of project Schedule & Execution, Commissioning & handing over projects to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Skills in CAPA Implementation, Instrumentation, Breakdown Maintenance, Project Management, and Electrical Engineering. This job also requires familiarity with Capex proposals, technical drawings, project management, and compliance with statutory requirements.,
