As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will execute the organization's sales strategy for
products, solutions, and services. This role involves developing the Annual Business Plan (ABP)
and implementing performance strategies to achieve sales targets while maintaining
contributory margins for sustainable growth.
2. Actively cultivate robust, trustworthy, and credible relationships with both existing and potential
customers, demonstrating adeptness in understanding their business needs and gaining
valuable insights. Recommend tailored products or solutions to key decision-makers, effectively
highlighting the benefits our offerings bring to their operations.
3. Drive sales and marketing initiative introduce the innovative products or solutions to the
industry. It also involves engaging with key stakeholders to advocate for the value proposition
and persuasively communicate how these offerings address market needs.
4. Monitor market demand, customer buying behaviour, and government policies relevant to the
sector. Conduct research, prepare reports, deliver presentations, and advocate for regulatory
approval of innovative industry concepts.
5. Engage in preparation and submission of commercial proposals, EOIs, and participating in
Tenders/Bids.
6. Assist in client engagement, handling pre-sales discussions and co-ordinating technicalcommercial clarifications, conduct negotiations and successfully close the sale by executing
strategies to win the business.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Engage with
Sales head to Participate and Represent the organization at major industry events, conferences,
or trade shows.
8. Track and follow up on leads, enquiries, and conversion pipeline. Prepare MIS reports, and
documentation related to sales activities
