ASSISTANT MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS

As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager for Automotive Business (Mobility Business) at one of Maier Vidorno Altios's clients in Noida, your role will involve the overall management of Sales for the Automotive sector on an All India basis. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling key accounts and direct communication with customers, ensuring day-to-day interaction to understand their requirements and effectively communicate these to the Head Office for development and deliveries. - Driving new development opportunities with existing customers and expanding the customer base in the region through market development. - Addressing customer complaints by recording and providing solutions with the support of the Quality Department. - Gathering general market intelligence on customers, competitors, and pricing, and reporting these insights on a monthly basis to the Head Office. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Qualifications: B.Tech/Diploma in Polymer/Mechanical Engineering. MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred. - Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Sales within the Plastic/Polymers Industry, specifically with exposure to selling to Automotive, Capital Equipment Machine Manufacturers, Aerospace, and Electronics/Semi-conductor industries. - Language proficiency: Fluent in English & Hindi.
