Job Description

As a Manager for TN, Kerala, and Karnataka regions, you will be responsible for overseeing the following key areas: - Managing forward logistics TAT by ensuring timely pickup of customer devices and submission of service center submissions. - Handling reverse logistics by coordinating the pickup of service center devices and customer drop-offs. - Maintaining a minimum NPS score of 60+ for the TN, Kerala, and Karnataka regions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Meeting daily targets for SR closure to address customer service requests efficiently. - Implementing hygiene activities such as handling replacements, defective products, and clearing invoices promptly.,
