Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Work Force Management (WFM) at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adequate staffing to match call demand. Your responsibilities will include recommending staffing changes, coordinating with WFM resources daily, and participating in meetings with Operations & the Client. You will be responsible for analyzing data at a market/process level, providing insights to internal/external stakeholders, identifying volume variations, and alerting stakeholders proactively. To excel in this role, you are required to hold a graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in using Excel and its functions such as pivots, power pivots, trend graphs, bar graphs, VBA macros, and bridge plans. Preferred qualifications include being innovative, able to influence others, and having experience in Contact Centre Workforce Management. This is a full-time position based in India-Hyderabad, offering a dynamic work environment where you can leverage your operational skills to drive impactful outcomes for the organization.
