Assistant Manager, Web Projects (Design)

The Web Project Manager for the Design teams will oversee the creative aspects of web projects, managing requirements for design assets such as product renders, website layouts, videos, and animations. This role entails coordinating between design teams and stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs. Responsibilities: - Leading creative projects, gathering design requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. - Collecting design requirements from stakeholders and assigning actionable tasks to team members. - Acting as the main point of contact for design-related requests, aligning stakeholders and design teams, and managing expectations. - Owning the design project backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business needs, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. - Setting up and managing Jira boards for design projects, tracking task status, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion within scope. - Ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards, tracking design performance, and making necessary improvements. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in digital organizations, ideally with exposure to web SaaS, eCommerce, or Creative agencies. Design project management experience is a plus. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira, with a strong background in managing creative workflows from brief to final delivery. - Strong understanding of the design process, including UI/UX design, animation, and video production, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively. - Proven organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple design projects efficiently and ensure high quality. - Excellent communication skills to lead discussions across teams, stakeholders, and leadership. - Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, web design, User experience, Digital Media, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
